機床特點 Features of machine tools
1. 數控立式車床是一種性能良好、工藝范圍廣泛、生產效率高的先進設備，適用于各行業的機械加工，可用于內外圓柱面、
內外圓錐面、端面、切槽、圓弧及各種曲線面和螺紋的粗、精加工。
2. 機床的主傳動分為交流和直流兩種電機驅動。交流經 16 級主軸變速機構，直流經兩檔變速機構，實現工作臺的轉速范圍。
3. 工作臺主軸采用了高精度可調徑向間隙雙列短圓柱滾子軸承定心，工作臺采用恒流靜壓導軌，使工作臺具有旋轉精度高、
承載能力大、熱變形小的特點。
4. 根據用戶需要機床可采用恒溫冷卻裝置，可設有獨立液壓站系統，能保證機床加工精度和各項技術指標穩定性。
5. 立柱、橫梁、滑枕等導軌面采用淬火、磨削、人工合研，接觸面好，精度高。
6. 機床進給采用伺服電機、滾珠絲杠傳動，橫梁配有封閉護罩，增加了機床的安全性、宜人性。
7. 數控系統根據用戶需要，可選用進口或國產配置。
8. 選擇配置：電動刀臺、半封閉罩殼、冷卻排屑裝置和兩檔無級調速。
